1-5 Year option Manufacturer Warranty

Tippmann Products LLC warrants that your Tippmann Steamer steam cooker will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 to 5 years from the date of shipment from the factory depending on option selected.

During the warranty period, Tippmann Products LLC also agrees to pay any factory authorized equipment service agency for reasonable labor required to repair or replace parts due to defects in material or workmanship, provided the service agency has received advance approval from Tippmann Products LLC factory service to perform the repair or replacement.

Tippmann Steamer offers a 1-5 year parts and labor warranty option which is the proper amount of time for a commercial piece of equipment. Other steam manufactures would offer a 5 year parts and labor warranty if their steamers were more reliable. The Tippmann Steamer is the most reliable and you will have fewer problems after the warranty expires.

If there is a problem you call the factory technician and explain the problem to him. He will be able to diagnose the problem. The problem might require some parts. Tippmann Steamer overnights the parts to the restaurant and schedule a service technician for the next day. We generally use the service technician that your restaurant currently uses. We have the technician change any necessary parts and call before he leaves to make sure the steamer is working properly. The technician returns the exchanged parts to the factory so the parts can be diagnosed by the factory technician to see what the problem was.
